Contact Game Builder Agent

Three kinds of message reach us: a game that misbehaves, a payment that did not do what it should, and a request about your data. Each has a fastest route.

A game that misbehaves

Tell the agent first. The chat inside the builder is the quickest fix for "the ball passes through the paddle after level 3" or "the leaderboard shows the sample rows on my phone": the agent reads the files it wrote, checks the preview, and corrects the code while you watch. If the game breaks in the installed APK but not in the preview, paste the exact error from the phone — the agent reads the build log too.

Write to the team when the agent cannot fix it after two tries. Include the project name, what you typed, what you expected and what the preview or the phone showed. A screenshot of the phone helps more than a description.

Payments

A plan is bought inside the builder as a single 30-day payment. If the payment went through but the plan did not activate, or the amount looks wrong, send the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card or the UPI reference. Never send the full card number.

Your data and your games

Your games live in your account. To export a game's source code, use the download menu in the builder. To delete your account and every game in it, write to the address below with the email you sign in with; deletion is confirmed by reply.

Where to write

Signed in: the Support panel in the builder's top bar, where replies arrive in the same thread on every device. An email address is published here once it is set up; the Support panel always works.

What we do not do

We do not build games to order, publish games to Google Play on your behalf, or buy assets for you. The guides on this site cover the parts people most often ask about — levels, leaderboards, ads and purchases and two-player play — in enough detail to do them yourself in the chat.
